  • Ozeki IKEZO Sparkling Jelly Sake
    35 mL
  • Aperol
    25 mL
  • Gin
    25 mL
  • Cloudy apple juice
    10 mL


  1. Measure all ingredients into chilled shaker.
  2. Stirred in a whisky glass over cubed ice.
  3. Garnished with a light sprinkling of cinnamon and an apple fan.
